We Support, Educate, and Advoate for a Better, Safer World

Our local chapter provides a confidential, private safe-haven for parents, friends, and families of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgendered people; as well as GLBT individuals. We welcome all who need a place to discuss coming out, social issues, relationships with families and/or communities after coming out. We will provide support by careful listening, sharing of personal stories and relating of problem solving experiences. We are sensitive to each person’s stage in the acceptance process. We are supportive rather than confrontational, wishing to create a comfortable atmosphere for all group participants in which everyone is free to speak, or not speak.
